    The food was delicious!! Just a little mom and pop restaurant! The dinner portion was huge and we ate on the same plate for three meals! Highly recommend.

    Great food, huge serving size(great for left overs). 1 dinner can feed multiple people! Love the crab rangoons too! You can never go wrong with China Star!

    I worked nearby for years and used to stop in for Lunch or sometimes after work for Dinner. The food was always good and the portions huge. So last night I was hungry and in the mood for Chinese and thought of here. I haven't been in quite awhile. When I pulled in at Dinner time I noticed that the place was empty. That gave me some concern but when I went up to the door they had a sign the says, "Only Carry-outs after 3pm No Dine in." So that explains why they were empty. I planned on eating there so I was pretty disappointed in that fact, I wasn't looking for a Carryout. I was prepared to walk away and find some place else to go and eat but I had always liked their food so I made a order and took it home. It was really good and the portions we're still big. And if I'm in the mood for Chinese for Lunch they will still be on the top of my list but if I'm out for Dinner this won't be the place to go. I hate Carry-out. I want my food coming from the Kitchen to my table, not placed in containers then transported home to be eaten soggy and cold. If I was going to go for Carry-outs then I'd have stayed closer to home so the food would be hot when I got home. That cost them a star. Otherwise it was very good after I threw it in the microwave for a few seconds

    Our family has eaten here for years and I can honestly say that the food here's unbelievable! They're the measure by which we judge all similar cuisine. The portions are generous. It's one of the things miss most about not living in Wyandotte any longer.
